Course Adjustment Request – First Year Students
The mode of instruction for almost all fall 2020 courses has been set as of August 1. These have been developed diligently considering several factors, academic requirements, and campus life experience. Therefore, except for documented medical reasons and others, it may not be possible for the University to honor all requests. Use this form to request adjustment to your schedule. Note: generally, it will not be possible to change the delivery mode of a specific course section. Please complete this form no later than August 10th. We will attempt to provide a response by August 17th.
