Course Selections for Fall 2019

Please complete this form so that we can know more about your choices and can register you for courses for Fall 2018. Please note that without completing the Financial Responsibility Form (FRS) we will not be able to start your registration. Also, please complete the Math Placement Test and score 10 or higher on the third section or we will not be able to secure your math course. Complete this course selection form by June 1st so that we can help register you for the June 26 & 27 Summer Orientation.
